Regular Turnaround Time for available templates is 48 hours or less (except weekends).
Turnaround time for special custom orders depends on the complexity of the animation and waiting list order.
Q: WHAT FILE I WILL GET?
we provide to you a video in digital format (MP4) that will be fully customized with your information. No physical item will be shipped.
Q: WHAT IS THE DESIGN PROCESS?
We will start working on your design once we received the information and payment.
Only 1x revision for template package or 3x revision for custom package is included in your order, so please review everything carefully.
If you have additional revisions after your free round, you will have to pay extra charges for an additional round of revisions.
